DISPUTE RESOLUTION a) If a dispute arises from a contract, it will be governed by British law, and any procedures will take place there. b) Where appropriate, the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, Part 11, will be deemed to have been violated in the absence of a contractual agreement. c) Adjudication: Either party may, whenever appropriate, provide notice of his intention to submit a dispute for adjudication in accordance with a process that complies with Part 11 Section 108 of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996. CHANGING A RESERVATION FOR CUSTOMERS a) Order cancellations should be reported and verified in writing to the Seller as soon as possible to minimise losses because orders are handled quickly. b) Deposits are nonrefundable unless the Seller specifically stipulates otherwise in writing. INFORMATION ABOUT CANCELLATION a) Stock item cancellations that are made less than 24 hours before delivery, template, or installation may incur additional fees. b) After the material has been ordered, any cancellations involving non-stock products will incur additional fees. c) In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing of your intention to do so.
